One of the advantages of having a large number of native English teachers is the ability for students to practice and check for correct pronunciation. This does not mean that Japanese teachers are not important. In fact, it is because we have Japanese teachers and native English teachers working together with students that our students are able to confidently practice, try out and improve their English abilities. 

ネイティブの英語教師が多いことの利点は、生徒が練習して正しい発音を確認できることです。だからといって、日本人教師が重要でないかというと、そうではありません。むしろ、日本人講師とネイティブ講師が一緒になって生徒と向き合っているからこそ、生徒が自信を持って英語の能力を実践し、試し、向上させることができるのです。
