【インターナショナルコース】大阪国際高等学校と英語ディベート対決！

【インターナショナルコース】On October 14th, four International Course students took part in an English Debate seminar. This event marked the first-ever collaboration between Clark Tennoji and Osaka International High School. The seminar aimed to provide students with more opportunities to use English at a higher level. After the seminar, Clark’s English debate team competed against Osaka International High School’s International Baccalaureate Course students in a closely contested debate match. The topic of the debate was “The Japanese government should legalize gestational surrogacy,” and both teams delivered compelling speeches. Although the match ended in a draw, the students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and made new friends from other schools.

10月14日に、インターナショナルコースの4人の生徒が、英語ディベート部の活動で大阪国際高等学校の生徒と交流試合を実施しました。
今回の交流試合は、クラーク天王寺校と大阪国際高等学校が、生徒たちに英語をより高いレベルで使用する機会を提供することを目的としています。大阪国際高等学校の校内ツアーの後、クラーク天王寺の英語ディベート部と大阪国際高等学校の国際バカロレアコースの生徒たちとのディベートが行われました。ディベートのテーマは「日本政府は，代理出産を合法化すべきである。是か非か。」で、両チームとも説得力のあるスピーチを披露しました。試合は引き分けに終わりましたが、生徒たちはこの経験を大いに楽しんで、他校の新しい友達もできました。
